ACCEPTANCE OF USER TERMS

The following Terms and Conditions of Use form a legally binding agreement between the person and company accepting these terms and will govern your access to the use of FRESHHAIRCONCEPTS.COM and any resources, downloads, communication forums and product information provided through the Site. Before you may use or access the Website you must read and accept all the terms and conditions.

These terms are in effect upon your acceptance and use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements relating to the Website and services, and constitute the agreement between you and FRESH HAIR CONCEPTS.  There are no written or oral understandings that are not fully expressed in these terms relating to this subject matter.  FRESH HAIR CONCEPTS may update these terms from time to time and will update the top of this page with the date such changes are made and when they become effective, and your continued use of the System indicates your agreement to such changes.

 

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and the relationship between you and FRESH HAIR CONCEPTS shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any claim relating to this Agreement or relating to use of this website and the material contained in this website shall be resolved in a provincial court in British Columbia. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed within 6 months after such cause of action arises or it will be forever barred.

 

SEVERABILITY

The waiver by either party of a breach or right under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
