CANCELLATION TERMS

 

By scheduling any appointment, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

To cancel any scheduled service, timely notice is required to avoid being charged 50% for the service.  At least 24 hours notice is required for services one hour or less, and 48 hours for services greater than one hour.  If you fail to cancel or don’t show up for a scheduled appointment, you are liable for 100% of the cost of the service.

  • One Hour or Less

  • *50% of service
  • For appointments one hour or less, at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel.  If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you agree to pay 50% of the service you cancelled.

  • Over One Hour

  • *50% of service
  • For appointments over one hour, at least 48 hours notice is required to cancel.  If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you agree to pay 50% of the service you cancelled.

  • No Show

  • *100% of service
  • If you do not give us the courtesy of a cancellation or miss a scheduled appointment, regardless of the length of the service, you agree to pay 100% of the service you missed.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR CONSIDERATION

Sometimes things come up and make it difficult or impossible to keep a scheduled appointment, which is why we offer reasonable cancellation timeframes.  Please understand that your scheduled appointment is a critical part of our day and we may have turned down other paying clients who wanted your appointment.  Without adequate notice, we may be unable to fill your spot so a reasonable charge will help to compensate for the lost income we depend on.  We appreciate your business and hope you are considerate enough to give us the same level of appreciation at times when you need to cancel.
