Appointment Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all our clients and stylists, Fresh Hair Concepts enforces the following cancellation and no-show policy:
For appointments under 1 hour (e.g. haircuts):
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
For appointments over 1 hour (e.g. colour, highlights, or chemical services):
We require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
No-shows for any appointment, regardless of the service length, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
These fees are in place to protect the livelihood of our stylists and ensure fairness to clients on our waitlist. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited booking availability or refusal of future service.
Photos & Reviews
If you allow us to photograph your hairstyle results, you grant Fresh Hair Concepts permission to use those images for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. We may professionally edit, enhance, or retouch these photos to best represent our work. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to this creative discretion.
By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Fresh Hair Concepts a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display your feedback for promotional purposes. We may make minor edits to correct grammar, spelling, clarity, or style while preserving the original tone and intent of your message.
Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
All content (images, logos, text, videos) is the property of Fresh Hair Concepts unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse, replicate, or redistribute any materials without written authorization.
